Experience: Proficiency with ACAPS is required

Desired Qualifications:
- Diversified loan background
- Analysis of customer requests for client system modifications
- Creation of business requirements
- Develop Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Testing of enhancements defects and functionality
- Prior experience consulting and/or training
- Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers at various levels
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge within the Banking Industry a MUST

Education: Prefer a Bachelors degree

Travel: Ability to travel is necessary
