Desired Qualifications: 
- Experience with Mortgage Lending - servicing, closing, secondary, underwriting or sales 
- Experience with Commercial Lending - servicing, doc prep, credit analysis 
- Experience with bank operations or branch functions 
- Analysis of customer requests for client system modifications 
- Using business requirements to develop test scripts 
- Testing of enhancements defects and functionality 
- Data mapping and system implementation 
- Prior experience consulting and / or training 
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills 
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word 
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers at various levels 
- Knowledge in MSP (Fidelity), PC Lender, LaserPro, FiServ Desktop is a huge plus!
